摘　　要：机构改革后,进口食品管理由条线管理模式改为分段管理模式,进口食品领域也被纳入后续监管范畴,在新的后续监管形势下,监管规则、理念均发生变化,监管风险点确认、监管流程梳理、监管后续处置均需要厘清。After the institutional reform,the management of imported food has changed from a line management mode to a segmentialized management mode,and the field of imported food has also been included in the scope of followup supervision.Under the new follow-up supervision situation,the regulatory rules and concepts have changed,the regulatory risk points have been confirmed,the regulatory process has been sorted out,and the follow-up disposal of supervision has to be clarified.
