摘　　要：西部陆海新通道是重庆借助陆路和海运进行国际贸易和物流的新兴通道,它的建设对于新形势下重庆加强与世界的贸易联系和经济合作具有重要意义。经过六年发展,重庆外贸企业经新通道的交易在运输规模、产品多元化、密切联系东盟、业态创新等方面成效显著,但受到企业文化、组织结构、资源配置的内部制约,同时还面临物流成本、机制协同、服务配套、交通基建等外部环境方面的突出难题。解决这些问题,对企业而言,要营造开放、创新的学习型企业文化氛围,构建扁平、分权的客户导向型组织结构,形成保量、提质的数智型资源配置模式。同时,要完善灵活、合理的一站式物流运价体系,探索便捷、高效的标准化多式联运管理模式,打造专业、个性的高质量综合服务链,建设配套密集、畅通的国际级基础设施网络。The New Western Land-Sea Corridor is an emerging channel which enables Chongqing to conduct international trade and cross-border logistics through land and sea transportation.Its construction is of great significance for strengthening the trade connections and economic cooperation between Chongqing and the rest of the world under new situations.In the six years,the new corridor has contributed to increased shipment of goods,diversified products,closer relationship with ASEAN,and innovative business forms for Chongqing foreign trade companies.But its development is still internally subject to corporate culture,organization structure and resource allocation as well as external difficulties like high overall logistic cost,misaligned multimodal transport standards,insufficient supporting service and underdeveloped transportation infrastructure.To solve these problems,it is necessary for enterprises to create an open and innovative learning corporate culture,build a flat and decentralized customer-oriented organizational structure,and form an input-ensured and quality-improving number-wise resource allocation model.At the same time,efforts should be put into establishing a flexible and reasonable one-stop freight pricing system,exploring a convenient and efficient standardization management mode desired for multimodal transport,creating a professional and customized high-quality comprehensive service chain,and building an intensive and smooth supporting infrastructure network at the international level.
