摘 要:为了解黄腐酸、褪黑素、水杨酸三种浸种剂对硫酸盐胁迫下小麦种子萌发期耐盐性的调节效应,分别采用不同浓度的黄腐酸(0.5、1.0和1.5 g·L^(-1))、褪黑素(0.01、0.05和0.10 mmol·L^(-1))、水杨酸(0.1、0.5和1.0 mmol·L^(-1))对小麦进行浸种处理,随后与未处理的小麦种子一并采用100 mmol·L^(-1)Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液培养,测定各处理下小麦种子萌发期的生长生理指标,并通过主成分分析综合评价其耐盐性。结果表明,0.5~1.5 g·L^(-1)的黄腐酸、0.01~0.10 mmol·L^(-1)褪黑素、0.1~0.5 mmol·L^(-1)水杨酸浸种均提升了小麦根系活力、体内抗氧化酶活性,降低了小麦体内超氧阴离子自由基(O_(2)^(-·))产生速率及丙二醛(MDA)含量,缓解了盐分对小麦种子萌发的胁迫程度,增强了小麦种子萌发期的耐盐性,促进了小麦的萌发生长。其中,1.5 g·L^(-1)的黄腐酸、0.10 mmol·L^(-1)的褪黑素以及0.5 mmol·L^(-1)的水杨酸浸种效果最优,分别使Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫下小麦发芽势提升了27.25、21.25和13.25个百分点,发芽率提升了21.50、15.00和5.50个百分点,株高提升了45.45%、26.48%和13.64%,鲜重提升了18.25%、11.11%和8.73%,可作为小麦种子萌发期抵抗硫酸盐胁迫的较优浸种剂。In order to screen suitable seed soaking agents promoting wheat seed germination under sulfate stress,fulvic acid,melatonin,and salicylic acid were used to soak wheat seeds.The treated and untreated wheat seeds were then cultured with 100 mmol·L^(-1)Na_(2)SO_(4)solution.In addition,a group of control experiment were set up to culture seeds in water.The salt tolerance was evaluated by principal component analysis after measuring the growth and physiological indices of wheat seeds at germination stage under each treatment.The results showed that 0.5-1.5 g·L^(-1)fulvic acid,0.01-0.10 mmol·L^(-1)melatonin,and 0.1-0.5 mmol·L^(-1)salicylic acid soaking increased root activity and antioxidant enzyme activity of wheat,but decreased the superoxide anion radical(O_(2)^(-·))production rate and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in wheat.It alleviated the salt stress on wheat seed germination,enhanced the salt tolerance of wheat seed during germination,and promoted the germination and growth of wheat.Among them,1.5 g·L^(-1)fulvic acid,0.10 mmol·L^(-1)melatonin,and 0.5 mmol·L^(-1)salicylic acid showed the best effect,which increased the germination potential of wheat under Na_(2)SO_(4)stress by 27.25,21.25 and 13.25 percentage points,and germination rate by 21.50,15.00 and 5.50 percentage points.The plant height was increased by 45.45%,26.48%and 13.64%,and the fresh weight was increased by 18.25%,11.11%and 8.73%.They can be used as better seed soaking agents to resist sulfate stress at wheat seed germination stage.
