摘  要:数字乡村建设有利于数字下乡、数字兴农,助力农业强国战略目标的实现。文章基于2012—2021年省级面板数据,构建数字乡村建设水平指标体系并测算其发展水平,通过构建双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型考察数字乡村建设对我国农产品出口的影响效应。结果表明:整体上看,数字乡村建设对农产品出口具有显著正向促进作用,但其效应存在明显的区域异质性。从传导机制来看,数字乡村建设可通过农业生产率这一中介变量,促进农产品出口扩大。据此,提出推进数字基础设施建设、农业数字化转型和区域数字均衡化发展三方面的对策建议。Digital Village Construction is conducive to rural digitization,digital agriculture,and the achievement of the strategic goal of building an agricultural powerful country.Based on provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021,this paper constructs an indicator system for and measures the level of digital village construction,and empirically test the impact of digital village construction on China's agricultural product exports by constructing a bidirectional fixed effect model and an intermediary effect model.The results indicate that:overall,the construction of digital village has a significant positive promoting effect on agricultural product exports,but shows significant regional heterogeneity.From the perspective of transmission mechanism,the construction of digital village can promote agricultural product exports through the intermediary variable of agricultural productivity.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from three aspects:digital infrastructure construction,agricultural digital transformation,and regional digital balanced development.
