乡村振兴背景下农村劳动力回流影响因素研究——以武夷山市大安村为例

摘　　要：本文应用二分类Logistic回归分析、卡方检验研究福建省武夷山市大安村劳动力回流的影响因素。研究结果表明,受教育程度、经济收入、家庭结构类型、社会保障、居住地社会保障是否完善等因素对大安村劳动力回流的影响显著,而年龄、家庭规模、就业创业机会等因素影响不显著。要提高大安村的劳动力回流,需重点提升农业价值链,增加村民经济收入,进一步完善农村养老保险制度,建立养老保障体系等。Binary Logistic regression analysis and Chi-square test were used to study the influencing factors of labor return in Da'an Village,Wuyishan City,Fujian Province.The results show that factors such as education level,economic income,family structure type,social security and whether the social security is perfect in the place of residence have a significant impact on the return of labor in Da'an village,while factors such as age,family size,employment and entrepreneurship opportunities have no significant impact.In order to improve the return of labor force in Da'an Village,it is necessary to focus on improving the agricultural value chain,increasing the economic income of villagers,further improving the rural old-age insurance system,and establishing the old-age security system.
