摘 要:市域社会治理包含于中国式现代化的体系框架之下,后者之于前者具有战略和实践层面的引领意义。从理论逻辑看,市域社会治理在国家治理体系与治理能力现代化实践中,具有承上启下的战略地位,对实现全过程人民民主、建立合作共赢的开放治理格局具有推动作用。从实践逻辑看,实现市域社会治理离不开多元主体协同,要求在推进治理要素、治理方式、治理机制等方面取得更加务实的成果。在理顺两者关系的基础上,本研究梳理出市域社会治理的客观诉求,认为实现具有中国式现代化特色的市域社会治理需要以多主体协同为切入点,并针对性提出了市域社会治理多主体协同的路径优化举措。Urban social governance is included in the system framework of Chinese path to modernization,and the latter has strategic and practical significance for the former.From a theoretical logic perspective,municipal social governance plays a strategic role in the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and plays a driving role in achieving people's democracy throughout the entire process and establishing an open governance pattern of cooperation and win-win results.From a practical logic perspective,achieving urban social governance cannot be achieved without the collaboration of multiple entities,and requires more practical results in promoting governance elements,governance methods,and governance mechanisms.On the basis of straightening out the relationship between the two,the objective demands of urban social governance are sorted out,and it is believed that the realization of urban social governance with Chinese path to modernization characteristics needs to take multi-agent collaboration as the starting point,and targeted path optimization measures are proposed.
