摘 要:进入新的历史时期,积极应对人口老龄化已上升为国家战略,积极老龄化的核心是促进老有所为。在老年教育职能部门完善服务体系、扩大经费投入的基础上,老年大学、社区学院等各类老年教育机构应拓展老年教育内容,在实践层面探索促进老有所为的方式与途径,以便更好地发挥老年人的积极作用,扩大老年教育人力资源,进而带动更多老年人实现“乐学有为”。以具有开创性的社区教育活动骨干培训项目为例,分析扩大老年教育人力资源的途径及促进志愿作用发挥的方法,为促进老有所为提供朝阳区的实践经验及建议具有重要意义。In the new era,active response to population aging has become a national strategy,and the core of active aging is to promote productive aging.On the basis of strengthening the idea innovation and management innovation,expanding investment for the functional department of education for the aged,all kinds of educational institutions for the aged such as college for the aged and community college should enrich the context of aging education,explore the ways and methods to work together with the community to promote productive aging in the aspect of practice,promote the active role of old people,expand the elderly education human resources,to help more old people become willing to learn and make a difference.Taking the elite training project of community education activities as an example,this paper analyzes the ways and effects of expanding the education human resources for the aged,to form a propagable education experience for the aged and serve the national strategy of active aging.
