摘 要:以麻江县多花黄精为原料,采用九蒸九晒法进行黄精炮制,通过ICP-MS测定多花黄精及其炮制品中的钾、钙、钠、锌、铁、硒等13种微量元素的质量浓度,并比较黄精炮制前后及其炮制过程中微量元素的质量浓度变化.结果发现,麻江县多花黄精富含多种微量元素,质量浓度由高到低依次为钾>钙>镁>铝>铁>锌>锰>铜>铬>钼>钠>硒>钴,其中质量浓度最高的钾元素达到6397.506μg/g,质量浓度最低的钴元素为0.051μg/g.并且发现黄精炮制处理会影响其中微量元素的含量,不同的微量元素随炮制次数的增加,含量有不同的变化.The mass concentration of 13 trace elements in Polygonatum cyrtonema and its prepared products from Majiang County,such as K,Ca,Na,Zn,Fe and Se,were determined by ICP-MS,and the changes of mass concentration of trace elements before and after processing and during process⁃ing were compared.The results showed that p.cyrtonema of Majiang County was rich in various nutri⁃ents,and the mass concentration was in the order of potassium>calcium>magnesium>aluminum>iron>Zinc>manganese>Copper>Chromium>molybdenum>Sodium>Selenium>Cobalt.The highest concentration of potassium was 6397.506μg/g,and the lowest concentration of cobalt was 0.051μg/g.The result showed that the contents of trace elements were affected by processing,and the contents of different trace elements varied with the increase of processing times.
