摘 要:为研究新型支座系统防风沙效果,通过试验模拟对新型球型支座系统防风沙性能和可靠性进行研究与分析,并与传统支座系统进行对比。分析结果表明,新型支座系统具有很好的抗风沙特征,在试验模拟年限为5 a的情况下,新型的支座系统弹性围板表面磨损程度比传统的支座明显小很多,新型支座系统结构内部风沙侵袭率基本为0,而且在严寒和风沙的条件下运作新型支座预计使用年可以延长至37 a。因此,在沙尘暴频发区域桥梁新型球型支座系统的使用前景是比较广阔的。In order to study the wind-sand resistant effect of a new bearing system,the performance and reliability of the new ball bearing system are studied and analyzed through the test simulation,and compared with the traditional bearing system.The analysis results show that the new bearing system has a good characteristic of wind-sand resistance.When the test simulation period is 5 years,the surface wear degree of the elastic coaming-plate of the new bearing system is significantly smaller than that of the traditional bearing system.The invasion rate of wind and sand inside the structure of the new bearing system is basically O,and the expected service life of the new bearing system can be extended to 37 years under the conditions of cold and sand.Therefore,the new spherical bearing system for the bridge has a broad application prospect in an area where dust storms are frequent.
