摘 要:风力送丝系统是基于烟丝自动输送技术设计而成的,主要由喂料、吸丝、落料、控制及动力等部分组成。现有条件下,加设管道、接头等会增加烟丝在送丝过程中的沿程压力,容易引起输送管道堵塞及烟丝流量波动,从而影响设备生产效率及烟支工艺质量。文章将对送丝管道布局进行设计改进,采用优化烟丝输送路径、缩短烟丝输送距离等方法提高风力送丝系统的稳定性,同时设计并安装风量控制系统,旨在对风机进行变频控制,进一步实现风量自动平衡的效果。The pneumatic tobacco feeding system is designed based on automatic tobacco conveying technology,mainly consisting of feeding,suction,dropping,control,and power components.Under existing conditions,adding pipelines,joints,etc.will increase the pressure of tobacco during the feeding process,which can easily cause blockage of the conveying pipelines and fluctuations in tobacco flow rate,thereby affecting equipment production efficiency and tobacco process quality.This article will design and improve the layout of the tobacco feeding pipeline,using methods such as optimizing the tobacco conveying path and shortening the tobacco conveying distance to improve the stability of the pneumatic tobacco feeding system.At the same time,a wind volume control system will be designed and installed,aiming to perform variable frequency control on the fan and further achieve the effect of automatic air volume balance.
