摘  要:目前,屏柜产品结构逐渐向精密化、小型化方向发展,且电缆具有不可控的柔性,如何设计合理有效的电缆布线成为函待解决的问题。依托三维软件,文章二次开发了带干涉检查功能的三维布线系统,可通过三维模型直观反映线缆的布线状态及干涉情况,并以液冷储能柜的布线为例完成系统功能的仿真验证。结果显示,该系统极大地缩短了设计研发周期,避免了在实际装配中可能出现的问题。At present,the structure of screen cabinet products is gradually developing towards precision and miniaturization,and cables have uncontrollable flexibility.How to design reasonable and effective cable wiring has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on 3D software,this article has developed a 3D wiring system with interference detection function,which can intuitively reflect the wiring status and interference situation of cables through 3D models.The simulation verification of the system function is completed using the wiring of liquid cooled energy storage cabinets as an example.The results show that the system greatly shortens the design and development cycle,avoiding potential problems that may arise during actual assembly.
