摘　　要：互联网发展至今,已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分。在智慧社区建设的背景下,为实现便捷、优质和高效的社区管理,并解决社区生活中的问题,文章进行了基于SSM框架开发的社区服务系统设计。其中,系统功能分为物业服务和社区服务两个模块,物业服务包括查看社区公告、缴费情况记录和招聘信息;社区服务包括居民诉求、附近商家和出租出售。该系统可为管理员提供Web操作界面并为社区居民提供Android客户端,在提升管理员的工作效率的同时,可有效提升居民的生活品质。Since its development,the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's lives.In the context of building a smart community,in order to create convenient,high-quality,and efficient community management,and to solve problems in community life,this article realizes the design of a community service system developed based on the SSM framework.Among them,the system functions are divided into two modules:property service and community service.Property service includes viewing community announcements,payment records,and recruitment information.Community services include resident demands,nearby businesses,and rental sales.This system can provide a web interface for administrators and an Android client for community residents,which can effectively improve the quality of life of residents while improving the work efficiency of administrators.
