摘　　要：随着云计算、物联网、人工智能、大数据等新兴技术的快速发展,社会信息化应用程度不断加深,技术和应用场景创新层出不穷。IT信息化项目管理有助于企业推进协同作业、应对快速变化、实现成本最优和效益最大化,可有效提高项目管理质量和实施效率,是提升企业管理水平和运营效率的基础保障。作为第三方软件评测单位,某公司以项目质量度量评测体系为理论基石,构建了一套行之有效的软件评测方法论,并将其应用于实际工作中,为科学合理的项目建设质量评价奠定了理论基础,促进了IT信息化项目建设管理水平的提升。With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as cloud computing,the IoT,artificial intelligence,and big data,the degree of social informatization application is constantly deepening,and innovation in technology and application scenarios is emerging one after another.IT informationization project management helps enterprises promote collaborative operations,respond to rapid changes,achieve cost optimization and maximize benefits,effectively improve project management quality and implementation efficiency,and is the fundamental guarantee for improving enterprise management level and operational efficiency.As a third-party software evaluation unit,a certain company has built an effective software evaluation methodology based on the project quality measurement evaluation system,and applied it to practical work,laying a theoretical foundation for scientific and reasonable project construction quality evaluation and promoting the improvement of IT information project construction management level.
