摘　　要：土壤盐渍化是影响小麦生长的重要环境因素,培育耐盐碱小麦品种是保障盐碱地小麦生产的途径之一,小麦材料的耐盐性评价和筛选是培育耐盐小麦新品种的重要基础。沧麦6005是一个国审耐盐碱小麦品种,利用叠氮化钠对沧麦6005进行化学诱变,获得73个诱变家系,对该家系群体在40%人工海水胁迫下进行萌发期耐盐性鉴定,并采用TOPSIS法进行耐盐性评价。结果表明:(1)在40%人工海水胁迫下,小麦萌发期的芽长、根长、芽鲜质量、根鲜质量均受到盐分离子的抑制作用,下降幅度普遍在50%~60%;(2)采用TOPSIS法和聚类方法相结合,可以实现小麦萌发期耐盐性的评价和等级划分;(3)TOPSIS法与隶属函数法的评价结果基本一致。TOPSIS法的计算过程简便、直观、快捷,可以作为小麦耐盐性评价的一种方法。Soil salinization is an important environmental factor affecting the growth of wheat.Cultivating salt tolerant wheat varieties is one of the ways to ensure the production of wheat in Alkali soil.The evaluation and screening of salt tolerance of wheat materials is an important basis for cultivating new salt tolerant wheat varieties.Cangmai 6005 was a national approved salt tolerant wheat variety.Sodium azide was used to conduct chemical mutagenesis on Cangmai 6005,and 73 mutation fa-milies were obtained.The salt tolerance of the family group was identified at germination under 40%artificial seawater stress,and evaluated the salt tolerance using TOPSIS.The results showed that:(1)Under 40%artificial seawater stress,the sprout length,root length,shoot fresh weight,and root fresh weight of wheat at the germination stage were all inhibited by salt ions,with a decrease generally ranging from 50%to 60%.(2)By combining TOPSIS method and clustering method,the evaluation and grading of salt tolerance during wheat germination can be achieved.(3)The evaluation results of TOPSIS method and membership function method were basically consistent.Therefore,the calculation process of TOPSIS method was simple,intuitive,and fast,and can be used as a comprehensive method for evaluating salt tolerance of wheat.
