摘 要:为明确烤烟育苗阶段施用含吲哚乙酸的促根剂对烟苗素质和大田期烟株生长发育以及烟叶产量与质量的影响,于2022年在衡阳常宁烟区,以烤烟品种云烟87为试验材料,将在苗床期进行促根剂处理的烤烟与不施促根剂的对照进行比较分析。结果表明:苗期施用促根剂(RP)可显著提高烟苗素质和整齐度,烟苗的根体积、根干质量、最长根长以及根尖数分别较对照(CK)提高14.29%、33.33%、16.26%和15.19%;与对照相比,RP处理烟苗移栽后还苗期提早2~3 d,旺长期历时增加5 d,成熟期(打顶后10 d)烟株农艺性状得到改善,有效叶数、株高、茎围和叶面积指数分别增加8.60%、3.69%、8.42%和10.12%;烤后中、下部叶单叶质量分别提高6.56%和24.58%,中、上部叶总糖和还原糖含量分别提高6.44%和6.49%,下、中、上部叶钾含量分别提高28.37%、66.06%和5.77%,下、中部叶的石油醚提取物含量分别增加57.22%和19.28%,烤后烟叶产量、产值和均价分别提高7.13%、12.91%和4.34%。苗期施用促根剂对烤烟培育壮苗以及大田期的生长发育和烤后烟叶经济性状与质量性状的提高具有显著正效应。In order to investigate the effects of using a rooting agent containing indole-3-butyric acid during the tobacco seedling stage on the quality of tobacco seedlings,as well as the growth,development,leaf yield,and quality of field-grown tobacco plants,a field trial was conducted in the Changning tobacco area of Hengyang City in 2022.The experimental material was the tobacco variety Yunyan 87,and the field trial was carried out after treating the seedlings with the rooting agent during the seedbed stage.The results showed that applying root-promoting agents during the seedling stage(RP)significantly improved the quality and uniformity of tobacco seedlings.The root volume,root dry weight,longest root length,and number of root tips increased by 14.29%,33.33%,16.26%,and 15.19%,respectively,compared to the control group(CK).After transplanting,the RP-treated seedlings had an earlier growing period of 2-3 days and an extended vigorous growth phase of 5 days.Agronomic traits of the tobacco plants,such as effective leaf number,plant height,stem circumfe-rence,and leaf area index,increased by 8.60%,3.69%,8.42%,and 10.12%respectively,compared to CK at the maturity stage(10 days after topping).Compared to CK,the RP treatment resulted in a 6.56%and 24.58%increase in single leaf weight for middle and lower leaves after curing,a 6.44%and 6.49%increase in total sugar and reducing sugar content for middle and upper leaves,a 28.37%,66.06%,and 5.77%increase in potassium content for lower,middle,and upper lea-ves,and a 57.22%and 19.28%increase in petroleum ether extract content for lower and middle leaves,respectively.The cured tobacco leaf yield,production value,and average price increased by 7.13%,12.91%,and 4.34%respectively.The application of root-promoting agents during the seedling stage had significant positive effects on tobacco seedling cultivation,the growth and development of field-grown tobacco plants,and the economic and quality traits of cured tobacco leaves.
