摘  要:合成丁苯橡胶接枝甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(SBR-g-DM)作为聚苯乙烯(PS)/α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP)体系的相容剂,采用熔融共混法制备PS/α-ZrP复合材料,并对其结构、热性能及力学性能进行了研究。IR结果表明DM成功接枝SBR。TGA结果表明PS/α-ZrP/SBR-g-DM复合材料的热稳定性较纯PS和PS/α-ZrP均有不同程度提高。HDT测试结果表明α-ZrP的加入使Ps/α-ZrP复合材料热变形温度有提高,SBR-g-DM的加入使复合材料的热变形温度小幅降低,力学性能结果表明复合材料的冲击强度显著增加。The surfactant styrene butadiene rubber-g-dimethylamino ethyl methacralate(SBR-g-DM)was synthesized by solution graft and used to modify the compatibility between polystyrene andα-ZrP in the polystyrene(PS)/α-ZrP composites prepared by melt blending.IR,TGA and mechanical properties test were carried out to character the morphology,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composites.The results showed that SBR were successfully grafted by DM.The thermal stability of the composites was enhanced compared to the virgin PS.The HDT were used to evaluate thermal endurable ability and the results suggested that thermal endurable ability was improved due to the addition ofα-ZrP,on the contrary,in the case of SBR-g-DM loading.The mechanical properties testing results indicated that impact strength significantly improved with the increasing loading of SBR-g-DM.
