超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合强脉冲光行面部年轻化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合强脉冲光对面部皮肤老化患者皮肤美观度的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年5月苏州市第五人民医院收治的80例面部皮肤老化患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,各40例。对照组行强脉冲光治疗,观察组联合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。于治疗3个月后,比较两组皮肤美观度、临床疗效、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应、患者满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,治疗后色素沉着异常、毛孔大小、肤色、松弛、皱纹、粗糙感、毛细管扩张评分均低于对照组,皮肤表面pH值、皮肤经皮水分丢失(TEWL)较对照组低,皮肤油脂含量、角质层含水量较对照组高,患者满意度较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);对比两组不良反应,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤老化患者能够有效改善皮肤美观度及皮肤屏障功能,且不良反应少,可获得患者较高满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of superpulsed CO_(2) lattice laser combined with strong pulsed light on the skin aesthetics of patients with facial skin aging.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with facial skin aging admitted to Suzhou Fifth People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023.They were divided into two groups ffbased on different treatment methods,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received intense pulsed light therapy,while the observation group received a combination of ultra pulsed CO_(2) lattice laser therapy.After 3 months of treatment,compare the skin ffiaesthetics,clinical efficacy,skin barrier function,adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total ffeffective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the scores of abnormal pigmentation,pore size,skin color,relaxation,wrinkles,roughness,and capillary dilation were lower than those in the control group.The skin surface pH value and transdermal water loss(TEWL)were lower than those in the control group,and the skin oil content and stratum corneum water content were higher than those in the control group.Patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control ffgroup,with statistical differences(P fiff<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of superpulsed CO_(2) fflattice laser and intense pulsed light can effectively improve skin aesthetics and skin barrier function in patients with facial skin aging,with fewer adverse reactions and higher patient satisfaction.
