摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期专科精准综合护理在内窥镜下微动力腋臭根治术中的应用效果。方法120例腋臭患者随机分为观察组(常规护理模式)和对照组(围手术期专科精准综合护理模式),各60例。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期专科精准综合护理可以降低内窥镜下微动力腋臭根治术的术后并发症,缩短创面愈合时间,改善患者恢复期生活质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative specialist precision comprehensive nursing in microdynamic radical bromhidrosis surgery under the endoscope.Methods 120 patients with armpit odor were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group,60 cases in each group,using two different nursing modes,including routine nursing 60 cases(control group)and perioperative precise comprehensive nursing 60 cases(observation group).Results The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The postoperative nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative precise comprehensive nursing can reduce postoperative complications,shorten wound healing time,improve patients'quality of life during recovery and improve patients'satisfaction.
