摘  要:流化床反应器是FDPE装置的核心设备之一,其床层料位是表征流化反应的一个重要参数,直接影响产品的质量和产量。影响流化床反应器床层料位控制的主要因素有表观气速波动、产品出料系统不出料或出料不规律、反应器引压口堵塞和聚合反应速率变化等。为了合理控制反应器床层料位的稳定,提高FDPE装置反应产率、产品质量和运行周期,当表观气速波动时,应根据变化量调整循环气压缩机入口导叶开度;当产品出料系统不出料或出料不规律时,应及时调整出料设定时间及反应负荷;当反应器引压口堵塞时,应及时判断堵塞引压口位置,疏通引压口或更换压力表;当聚合反应速率变化时,可调整催化剂进料量、反应温度、乙烯分压等以稳定反应活性。将以上反应器床层料位控制方法应用于30×104t/a FDPE装置生产低密度树脂DFDA-7042,高密度树脂DNDC-7148、DMDA-8920、DMDA-8008产品期间,床层料位控制稳定,产品质量全部合格。Fluidized bed reactor is one of the core equipment of FDPE plant,and its bed level,as an important parameter to characterize the fluidization reaction,directly affects the quality and output of products.The main factors affecting the bed level control of fluidized bed reactor include the fluctuations in superficial gas velocity,the non-discharge or irregular discharge of product discharge system,the blockage of reactor pressure port and the changes in polymerization reaction rate.In order to reasonably control the stability of reactor bed level and improve the reaction yield,product quality and operation cycle of FDPE plant,the opening of inlet guide vane of recycle gas compressor should be adjusted according to the changes when the superficial gas velocity fluctuates,the set discharging time and reaction load should be adjusted in time when the product discharge system fails to discharge or discharges irregularly,the location of blocked pressure port of reactor should be determined in time to unblock the pressure port or replace the pressure gauge when the pressure port is blocked,and the catalyst feed rate,reaction temperature and ethylene partial pressure may be adjusted to stabilize the reaction activity when the polymerization reaction rate changes.During the application of the above-mentioned reactor bed level control methods in a 300kt/a FDPE plant to produce low-density resin DFDA-7042 and high-density resin DNDC-7148,DMDA-8920 and DMDA-8008,the bed level was controlled stably and the product quality was up to standard.
