摘　　要：心脏康复通过五大核心处方(药物处方、运动处方、营养处方、心理处方、戒烟处方)的联合干预,为心血管疾病患者在急性期、恢复期、维持期以及整个生命过程中提供帮助,是心血管疾病防治的Ⅰ级推荐。中医对心系疾病有丰富的理论基础和防疗方法,对康复的认识亦由来已久。中医在心脏康复中可以发挥巨大作用。本文就中医对心脏康复在理论、内治法及特色疗法方面进行综述,为中医在心脏康复中的运用提供参考。s:Cardiac rehabilitation provides the five combined intervention of core prescriptions,assistance for patients with cardiovascular diseases in the acute phase,recovery phase,maintenance phase and the entire life process.It is the first-level recommendation for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has a rich theoretical basis,plenty of prevention and treatment methods for heart diseases,and has a long standing understanding of rehabilitation.Traditional Chinese medicine can play a huge role in cardiac rehabilitation.This article reviews the theories,internal treatment methods and characteristic therapies of TCM on cardiac rehabilitation,providing references for the application of TCM in cardiac rehabilitation.
