摘  要:非金属膨胀节具有耐腐蚀性好、抗拉强度高、价格低廉等优点,被广泛应用于湿法脱硫系统。但受烟道内部腐蚀性介质及施工工艺等因素影响,膨胀节很容易出现漏水、漏烟气现象,泄漏严重时只能停机处理,且因现场环境差、温度高,漏点处理存在严重的人身和设备安全隐患。为此,本文提出一种高分子全密封技术在线堵漏方法,可从根本上隔绝烟气与膨胀节的直接接触,保证烟气脱硫工艺的正常运行。Non-metallic expansion joints have the advantages of good corrosion resistance,high tensile strength and low cost,which are widely used in wet desulfurization systems.However,due to factors such as corrosive media inside the flue and construction processes,it is easy to experience water and smoke leakage from the expansion joint.When the leakage is severe,it can only be handled by shutting down the machine.Moreover,due to the poor on-site environment and high temperature,there are serious personal and equipment safety hazards in handling the leakage points.This paper proposes an online leak sealing method using polymer fully sealing technology,which fundamentally isolates the direct contact between flue gas and expansion joints,ensuring the normal operation of flue gas desulfurization process.
