摘 要:针对#6机隔日热态启动,在高压主蒸汽管道注压后,高压主汽阀阀杆处大量漏水漏气,持续约30 min后消失,并在后续几日启动中重复出现的问题,本文综合运用数据分析、模拟推演方法,深入研究设备结构、现场布置及当日启机操作流程,发现故障原因为高压主汽阀阀杆漏气至轴封联箱管路走向与阀门下部疏水阀控制逻辑设计不合理。对此,本文提出针对性改造方案。方案实施后,该故障在以后的启机中再无发生。In response to the hot start of #6 machine every other day,after injecting pressure into the high-pressure main steam pipeline,a large amount of water and gas leakage occurred at the valve stem of the high-pressure main steam valve,which lasted for about 30 minutes before disappearing and repeated in the subsequent days of startup,this paper comprehensively use data analysis and simulation methods to deeply study the equipment structure,on-site layout,and daily startup operation process,found that the cause of the malfunction is the leakage of air from the high-pressure main steam valve stem to the shaft seal header pipeline,and the unreasonable control logic design of the drain valve at the bottom of the valve.In this regard,this paper proposes targeted renovation plans.After the implementation of the plan,the fault did not occur again in future startup.
