摘 要:针对官地煤矿36408综采工作面上隅角瓦斯治理技术不完善,上隅角瓦斯易积聚、易超限的问题,本文设计了一种上隅角瓦斯治理方案。该方案融合悬空拖管抽采技术、埋管抽采技术和高位钻孔裂隙抽采技术,以PLC为核心,采用变频控制模式控制水环真空泵,动态、实时地抽采上隅角瓦斯浓度,并在官地矿36408综采工作面完成了实际应用。结果表明,该方案满足实际工况要求,能将上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.20%,完善了上隅角瓦斯治理技术,解决了上隅角局部瓦斯积聚超限的问题。In the view of the problem that the gas control techn ology in the upper corner of the 36408 fully mechanized mining face in Guandi Mine is not perfect and the gas is easy to accumulate and exceed the limit,this paper designs a gas control scheme in the upper corner.The scheme integrates the technology of overhanging tow pipe extraction,buried pipe extraction and high-level drilling crack extraction,and uses the PLC as the core,adopts the frequency conversion control mode to control the water ring vacuum pump,and extracts the gas concentration in the upper corner dynamically and realtime,and completes the practical application in the 36408 comprehensive mining face of Guandi Mine.The results show that the designed scheme can meet the requirements of actual working conditions,can control the upper corner gas concentration at 0.20%,improve the upper corner gas treatment technology,and solve the problem of local gas accumulation in the upper corner.
