摘  要:目前的配电网随机负荷转供辅助决策过载预测结构一般为单向结构,预测范围有限,导致负荷转供辅助决策越限比增加,为此,本文提出对低压有源配电网随机负荷转供辅助决策方法。根据当前负荷转供辅助决策的需求及标准,采集负荷转供数据,采用多阶方式打破预测范围的限制。设计过载多阶预测结构,构建动态分析负荷转供辅助决策模型,利用潮流校核实现负荷转供决策处理。结果表明,此次设计的动态分析低压有源配电网负荷转供决策测试组的负荷转供辅助决策越限比被较好地控制在0.2以下,说明该方法的针对性更强,效果更佳。The current overload prediction structure for random load transfer auxiliary decision-making in distribution networks is generally unidirectional,with limited prediction range,resulting in an increase in the proportion of load transfer auxiliary decision-making exceeding the limit.Therefore,this paper proposes an auxiliary decision-making method for random load transfer in low-voltage active distribution networks.Based on the current demand and standards for load transfer assistance decision-making,collect load transfer data and use a multi-stage approach to break the limitations of the prediction range.Design a multi-stage overload prediction structure,construct a dynamic analysis load transfer auxiliary decision-making model,and use power flow verification to achieve load transfer decision-making processing.The results show that the dynamic analysis of the low-voltage active distribution network load transfer decision-making test group in this design has a better control of the load transfer auxiliary decision-making over limit ratio below 0.2,indicating that this method is more targeted and effective.
