摘  要:燃煤锅炉受热面的灰污沉积会使受热面传热系数下降,进而降低整个机组的运行效率。本文针对锅炉过热器的传热特点,选取能反映受热面传热的关键参数,建立锅炉过热器的多元状态评估模型(MSET);清洗关键参数的历史数据,将其作为模型的输入样本,构建模型的记忆矩阵;利用构建的模型预测吹灰前后的数据。结果表明,相似度的变化可以较为准确地反映锅炉受热面清洁程度的变化,根据相似度阈值可以制定合理的吹灰周期。Ash deposition on the heating surface of a coal-fired boiler can cause the heat transfer coefficient of the heating surface to decrease,which in turn reduces the operating efficiency of the whole unit.In this paper,for the heat transfer characteristics of the boiler superheater,the key parameters that can reflect the heat transfer of the heating surface are selected to establish a multivariate state evaluation model(MSET) of the boiler superheater.The historical data of the key parameters are cleaned,which are used as input samples of the model,and the memory matrix of the model is constructed,and the data before and after the soot blowing are predicted using the constructed model.The results show that the change of similarity can more accurately reflect the change of the degree of cleaning of the boiler heating surface,and a reasonable soot blowing cycle can be formulated according to the similarity threshold.
