摘　　要：针对非标自动化设备电气控制系统的开发设计流程、信号分配、设计原理图、人机交互界面、控制程序、调试流程、档案资料、说明书等,本文提出了流程化、标准化、模块化的设计思路,其主要研究了非标自动化设备电气控制的设计特点,利用流程化、标准化、模块化的设计方法设计非标自动化设备电气控制系统,旨在提高非标自动化设备电气控制系统设计的效率和质量。This paper proposes a process oriented,standardized,and modular design approach for the development and design process,signal distribution,design schematic,human-computer interaction interface,control program,debugging process,archive materials,and instructions of electrical control systems for non-standard automation equipment.The main focus is on studying the design characteristics of electrical control for non-standard automation equipment,utilizing process oriented,standardized,and The modular design method is used to design electrical control systems for non-standard automation equipment,aiming to improve the efficiency and quality of electrical control system design for non-standard automation equipment.
