摘 要:为进一步探究卧式振动离心机运行效率和质量的可能提升路径,本文以选煤厂WZYT1400型卧式振动离心机为研究案例,在对其建模分析的基础上,分别通过模态分析和谐响应分析对建立的卧式振动离心机的振动体主要结构进行有限元分析,最终确定24 Hz为该设备最适宜的运行频率,可兼顾运行效率和质量等多方面的需要。In order to further explore the possible ways to improve the operating efficiency and quality of horizontal vibrating centrifuge,this paper takes WZYT1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuge in coal preparation plant as a case study.On the basis of modeling analysis,finite element analysis is carried out on the main structure of the vibrating body of the established horizontal vibrating centrifuge through modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.Finally,24 Hz is determined as the most suitable operating frequency for the equipment,which can take into account the needs of many aspects such as operating efficiency and quality.
