数字化时代下高校工商领域创新创业教育模式研究

摘　　要：数字化时代背景下,高校工商管理专业如何顺应新时代经济发展,改变传统创新创业教育模式,成为各高校重点关注的问题。师生互动作为一种有效的教学模式,在工商领域创新创业教育中具有重要意义。文章通过分析创新创业教育在数字化时代下的新需求,指出了数字化时代下高校工商领域创新创业教育师生互动的困境,并针对性提出了健全创新创业教育管理机制、完善课程体系、强化师资建设、营造良好教育环境、构建教师主导式、学生主导式和教师与学生共建的师生互动模式等具体策略。How the business administration majors can conform to the new era of digital economy and develop new modes of innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a key issue of concern for various universities.As an effective teaching mode,teacher-student interaction is of great significance in innovation and entrepreneurship education.Accordingly,the article points out the dilemma of teacher-student interaction by elaborating the new requirements in the new era,and proposes specific strategies such as improving the management mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education,refining the curriculum,strengthening the construction of faculty,creating a good educational environment,developing teacher-led,student-centered,and teacher-student interaction modes.
