摘　　要：通过调研高速铁路线路设备服役现状及现有大修实施方案,针对钢轨、扣件、道岔、轨枕等高速铁路主要线路设备,提出了高速铁路线路设备大修周期、大修技术及实施方案。建议高速铁路钢轨大修周期为累计通过总质量100 Mt或服役时间28年,500 m以上长距离连续大修换轨使用一体化换轨技术方案,500 m及以下短距离或间断性换轨维修使用插入焊换轨技术方案;扣件弹条与同区段钢轨大修周期保持一致,扣件系统大修更换技术包括五种工况,针对每种工况提出了具体实施方案;道岔分工况设置大修周期,有更换道岔侧股钢轨件、成组更换道岔弹性铁垫板、成组更换道岔钢轨件及联结零件、成组更换道岔及岔枕四种大修方案;高速铁路有砟轨道轨枕大修采用大列换枕技术,当累计通过总质量200 Mt或服役40年时根据具体情况确定。By investigating the current service status of high speed railway line equipment and existing overhaul maintenance plans,this paper proposed the overhaul cycle,overhaul technology,and implementation plan for major high speed railway line equipment such as steel rails,fasteners,turnouts,and sleepers.It is recommended that the overhaul cycle of high speed railway rails be a cumulative total mass of 100 Mt or a service time of 28 years.For long-distance continuous overhaul and rail replacement above 500 m,an integrated rail replacement technology scheme should be used.For short distance or intermittent rail replacement maintenance below 500 m,an insertion welding rail replacement technology scheme should be used.The overhaul cycle of the fastener spring bar is consistent with that of the same section steel rail.The overhaul replacement technology of the fastener system includes five working conditions,and specific implementation plans were proposed for each working condition.The major repair cycle for turnouts is set according to different working conditions,and there are four major repair plans including replacing the side rail components of the turnout,replacing the elastic iron pads of the turnout in groups,replacing the turnout rail components and connecting parts in groups,and replacing the turnout and sleeper in groups.The major repair of ballast track sleepers in high speed railways adopts the technology of replacing sleepers in large columns.When the total mass passed is 200 Mt or the service life is 40 years,it will be determined based on specific circumstances.
