摘 要:为研究沙害地区线路无缝化改造的可行性,以内蒙古自治区境内的赤大白铁路(赤城—大板—白音华)为例展开研究,对沙害地区线路进行了道床纵向、横向阻力和轨枕支撑刚度现场测试分析。以实测数据作为基本参数,对沙害地区线路进行无缝线路结构和轨道结构强度计算分析。研究结果表明:沙害地区线路道床纵向、横向阻力分别为单轨21.1、16.7kN/m,轨枕支撑刚度为302.4kN/mm,道床因受沙害程度不同其状态参数离散性较大;沙害地区线路曲线半径大于800m时无缝线路及轨道结构强度各项指标均满足规范要求,可进行无缝化改造。建议对赤大白铁路沙害地区线路采取措施进行沙害整治,后期采用Ⅲ型轨枕1667根/km配置对线路进行升级改造。In order to study the feasibility of reconstructing exit track into continous welded rail(CWR)in sand hazard areas,Chicheng-Daban-Baiyinhua Railway was case-studied.The longitudinal and transverse resistance of ballast bed and stiffness of sleeper support were tested and analyzed on site.The measured data were taken as basic parameters,and the strength calculation and analysis of CWR structure and track structure in sand hazard areas were carried out.The results show that the longitudinal and transverse resistance of track bed are 21.1,16.7 kN/m each track and the stiffness of sleeper support was 302.4 kN/mm,respectively.The status parameter of track bed is quite discrete due to the different degree of sand harzard.When the curve radius of the line in sand damage area is greater than 800 m,the strength indexes of CWR and track structure meet the requirements of the code,and CWR reconstruction can be carried out.It is suggested that corresponding measures should be taken in the sand harzard area along the railway,and 1667 sleepers/km ofⅢType should be adopted to upgrade the railway in the later stage.
