摘 要:结合“标准化、工厂化、自动化、智能化”理念,为有效解决广州—湛江高速铁路茂名梁场预应力混凝土简支箱梁钢筋骨架智能建造难题,开展钢筋骨架部品装配化设计研究。首先确定了钢筋骨架创新设计的基本原则,从精细化设计、适应性设计、部品化设计、装配式组装设计四个层面开展具体研究,提出了一种满足钢筋骨架智能建造的设计方案。然后从钢筋疲劳应力幅和钢筋网吊装两个维度进行有限元计算和分析,验证单个网片采用电阻焊接、整体骨架采用装配组装方案的可行性。该设计应用理念可推广至路桥隧智能建造应用中。Combination with the idea of standardization,industrialization,automation and intelligence,in order to effectively solve the problem for intelligent construction of rebar skeleton in Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High Speed Railway simple supported box girders about Maoming Girder Yard,it is necessary to carry out research on assembly design of components for rebar skeleton.Firstly,the basic principles of innovative design for steel reinforcement skeleton were determined,and specific research was conducted from four levels,such as refined design,adaptive design,component design,and assembly design.A design scheme that meets the intelligent construction of steel reinforcement skeleton was proposed.Then,finite element calculations and analysis were conducted from two dimensions,namely the fatigue stress amplitude of the steel bars and the lifting of the steel mesh,verifying the feasibility of using resistance welding for a single mesh and assembly for the overall skeleton.This design application concept can be extended to intelligent construction applications for roads,bridges,and tunnels.
