摘 要:本文通过对某大型矿山尾矿输送系统工艺特点的分析,阐述了高浓度尾矿浆体压力输送的设计思路和方法。结合目前浆体管道输送系统核心的两种输送设备,详细介绍了渣浆泵输送方案和隔膜泵输送方案的工艺流程和总体配置,对比分析了两种方案在工程投资、运行成本、维护管理、环境保护等方面的优劣,最终选择了合适的输送方案。针对不同输送压力,本文提出了高浓度、大流量尾矿输送系统设备选型的一般原则,为类似高浓度、大流量、中等扬程尾矿输送系统的设计提供了参考。Through the analysis of the process characteristics of the tailings transport system of a large mine,this paper expounds the design idea and method of high-concentration tailings pressure transport.Considering the two core equipment for slurry pipeline transport at present,the process and overall config-uration of the slurry pump and diaphragm pump transport schemes are introduced in detail.The advanta-ges and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared and analyzed in terms of engineering investment,operating cost,maintenance and management,environmental impact,etc.,and the appropriate transpor-tation scheme is selected.For different tailings transport pressures,this paper proposes general principles for equipment selection of high-concentration and large-flow tailings transport systems.The project we studied also provides reference for tailings transport system design under high-concentration,large-flow,medium-lift conditions.
