摘 要:传统的井下20 t梭式矿车使用电驱动,操作过程中需要不断收、放电缆,且存在运输速度慢、不能远距离运输、转场不便等问题。若简单改为发动机驱动,需要150 kW以上的发动机才能满足动力需求,但150 kW以上的发动机外形尺寸过大,在不改变现有梭式矿车整车结构的基础上无法布置到整车中间位置。本论文论证了采用150 kW或以上的发动机和静液压传动系统来解决此问题的技术方案。Traditional underground 20 t shuttle mining cars are driven by electricity,and during opera-tion,cables need to be continuously collected and discharged.There are also problems such as slow transportation speed,inability to transport over long distances,and inconvenience in transferring.If it is simply changed to engine driven,an engine with a power output of over 150 kW is required to meet the power demand.However,the external dimensions of an engine with a power output of over 150 kW are too large to be arranged in the middle position of the entire shuttle mining vehicle without changing the existing structure.This paper demonstrates the technical solution to solve this problem by using an engine with a power output of 150 kW or above and a hydrostatic transmission system.
