超声辅助旋切刀微创处理自体脂肪移植隆乳术后结节的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨超声辅助旋切刀微创处理自体脂肪移植隆乳术后结节的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析自2019年12月至2023年5月,南方医科大学南方医院整形外科收治29例接受自体脂肪移植隆乳术后出现结节并发症患者,结节直径1.7~3.8 cm,在超声辅助下找到脂肪结节,随后在结节附近较隐蔽处,顺皮肤纹理做一3 mm切口,采用乳腺旋切刀完整切除脂肪结节。结果 所有患者术后获随访6个月,术后局部触感及超声检查均显示治愈,1例患者因术后局部出现血肿不满意,其余患者术后效果均满意。结论 超声辅助旋切刀技术是大体积脂肪移植隆乳术后脂肪结节的较好微创治疗选择,值得临床推广应用。Objective To provide a minimally invasive and complete treatment plan for the complications of fat nodules after massive fat transplantation breast augmentation surgery.Methods From December 2019 to May 2023,29 patients with nodular complications after fat transplantation breast augmentation surgery were recruited,with a diameter of 1.7 to 3.8 centimeters.The fat nodules were found with ultrasound assistance,and a 3 mm incision was made along the dermal ridge near the nodules.Complete excision of fat nodules using a breast circumcision knife.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 months.Local palpation and B-ultrasound examinations showed recovery after surgery.One patient had a local hematoma complication after surgery,which complete excision of fat nodules using a breast circumcision knife.Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted circumcision knife technique may be the best minimally invasive treatment option for fat nodules after massive fat transplantation breast augmentation surgery.
