摘 要:为揭示不同运行工况下空气源热泵室外换热器翅片表面的灰尘沉积特性,构建灰尘沉积可视化实验系统,在干湿工况下,分别研究风速和沉积时间对灰尘沉积特性及传热的影响。研究结果表明:长沉积时间和高风速均会促进翅片表面的灰尘沉积,增加灰尘沉积量和翅片表面覆盖率。湿工况下的沉积效果为干工况的1.15~2.89倍,且效果随沉积时间与风速的增加而增加。此外,灰尘沉积会增加翅片传热热阻,导致灰尘沉积前后存在传热温差,从而降低传热效率。在相同积灰条件下,干工况的温降大于湿工况的温降,即干工况下的积灰热阻高于湿工况下的积灰热阻。In order to reveal the characteristics of dust deposition on the fin surface of the outdoor heat exchanger of the air source heat pump under different working conditions,a visual experimental system of dust deposition was constructed.The effects of wind speed and deposition time on the characteristics of dust deposition were studied under dry and wet conditions.The results show that both long deposition time and high wind speed promote the dust deposition on the fin surface,and increase the amount of dust deposition and the coverage of the fin surface.The deposition effect under wet condition is 1.15-2.89 times of that under dry condition,and the effect increases with the increase of deposition time and wind speed.In addition,dust deposition increases the heat transfer resistance of fins,resulting in heat transfer temperature difference before and after dust deposition,thus reducing the heat transfer efficiency.Under the same deposition condition,the temperature drop in dry condition is greater than that in wet condition,that is,the heat resistance of dust deposition in dry condition is higher than that in wet condition.
