摘　　要：介绍了2种-40℃超低温球墨铸铁QT400-18L和QT500-7L产品的铸造工艺、造型工艺、熔炼工艺及量产质量控制等生产过程的关键控制工序。-40℃超低温球铁铸件综合成品率可以稳定控制在92%以上。在-40℃超低温球铁基础上,进一步研究了硅、锰、磷及硫对-60℃超低温球铁冲击韧性的影响,并对影响规律进行了分析。The key control processes of two kinds of-40℃ ultra-low temperature ductile iron QT400-18L and QT500-7L products,such as casting process,molding process,melting process and mass production quality control,are introduced.The comprehensive yield of-40℃ ultra-low temperature ductile iron castings can be stably controlled above 92%.On the basis of-40℃ ultra-low temperature ductile iron,the effects of Si,Mn,P and S on the impact toughness of-60℃ ultra-low temperature ductile iron were further studied,and the influence rules were analyzed.
