摘  要:国家形象建设需要深刻把握其历史演进的内在规律。西方眼中的中国形象经历了美化与丑化的周期性变化,反映了西方背后的国家利益、意识形态与价值观需求。保持强大的硬实力、柔实力以及融通中外的能力是建构良好国家形象的宝贵历史经验。在数字化时代,数字化国家形象竞争加剧,在以经济实力为代表的中国国家“硬形象”逐步提升的同时,以感觉与评价为代表的“柔形象”发展滞后,中国自塑与他塑形象的鸿沟进一步加大。只有保持大国战略定力,加强国家科技硬实力与柔性治理能力,建构融通中外的话语体系与中国特色战略传播体系,才能更好地向世界展示真实、立体、全面的中国形象。The construction of national image requires a profound understanding of the inherent rule of its historical evolution.The national image of China in the eyes of the West has gone through cycles of glorification and discrimination,reflecting the West's own interests,ideologies and values.Maintaining strong"Hard strength","Rou strength",and the capability of integrating China and foreign countries are valuable historical experiences in building a good national image.In the digital era,the competition for digitalized national image has been intensified.While the hard image represented by China's economic power is gradually improving,the"Rou image"represented by feelings and evaluations is lagging behind,and the gap between China's self-shaping image and othershaping image is widening.Only by maintaining the strategic willpower as a major country,strengthening the country's scientific and technological strength and flexible governance capacity,and constructing the discourse system that integrates China and foreign countries and the strategic communication system with Chinese characteristics,can we better present a true,three-dimensional and comprehensive image of China to the world.
