摘　　要：产业链供应链面对外部冲击时的抵抗力、恢复力和转变力是产业链供应链韧性的重要体现。数字技术的创新与应用正在推动社会各个领域的数字化转型,数字化转型能为产业链供应链主体要素和结构要素的发展提升注入新的活力与动力,有效提升产业链供应链抵抗力、恢复力和转变力,继而助推产业链供应链韧性和安全水平的提高。鉴于此,应从微观企业、中观产业和宏观政府三个层面施策,支持不同主体以数字化转型推动产业链供应链韧性实现质的有效提升。The resistance,recovery,and transformative power of industrial and supply chains in the face of external shocks are important manifestations of their resilience.The development and application of digital technologies are driving digital transformation in various fields of society The digital transformation of different entities injects new vitality and power into the improvement of the main and structural elements of the industrial and supply chains,promoting the resistance,recovery,and transformative power of the industrial and supply chains,and thereby promoting the resilience of the industrial and supply chains.In view of this,policies should be implemented from three levels:micro enterprises,meso industries,and macro governments to support diferent entities in promoting digital transformation to achieve ffective improvement in the resilience of industrial and supply chains.
