摘　　要：目的了解四川省职业卫生技术服务机构实验室的检测能力和总体水平,评估四川省职业卫生检测实验室的检测能力和质量控制水平。方法选取2022年四川省69家职业卫生技术服务机构有机化合物类、金属与类金属类、非金属化合物类、粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量测定职业卫生检测能力实验室间比对检测结果,采用指定值法评价比对结果。并采用统计分析进行综合评定,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果69家职业卫生技术服务机构总体项目合格率和综合评定结果合格率分别为94.57%和84.06%。其中,28家疾病预防控制中心和41家第三方职业卫生技术服务机构的总体项目合格率分别为93.75%、95.12%,综合评定结果合格率分别为82.14%和85.37%。疾病预防控制中心与第三方职业卫生技术服务机构的检测能力比对综合评定结果合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.001,P=0.981)。结论2022年四川省职业卫生技术服务机构职业卫生检测能力比对结果显示,项目合格率高于或相当于近几年全国职业卫生技术服务机构实验室间比对参比项目合格率、综合评定结果合格率低于近几年全国职业卫生技术服务机构综合评定结果合格率。Objective To investigate the testing ability and overall level of the laboratories in occupational health technical service institutions in Sichuan Province,and to evaluate the testing ability and quality control level of occupational health testing laboratories in Sichuan Province.Methods The results of the comparison among laboratories of 69 occupational health technical service institutions on the testing capabilities for the determination of organic compounds,metals and metalloids,nonmetallic compounds,and free silica content in dust were collected.The specified value method was used to evaluate the comparison results.Statistical analysis was conducted for comprehensive evaluation.Chi-square test was used to compare the rates,and with P<0.05 the difference was considered to be statistically significant.Results The qualification rates of overall project and comprehensive evaluation results of 69 occupational health technical service institutions were 94.57%and 84.06%,respectively.Among them,the overall project qualification rates of 28 disease prevention and control centers and 41 third-party occupational health technical service institutions were 93.75%and 95.12%,respectively;and the qualification rates of comprehensive evaluation results were 82.14%and 85.37%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the qualification rate of comprehensive evaluation results of the testing ability comparison between disease control and prevention centers and third-party occupational health technical service institutions(χ^(2)=0.001,P=0.981).Conclusions The comparison results of occupational health testing capabilities of occupational health technical service institutions in Sichuan Province in 2022 showed that the project qualification rate was higher than or equivalent to the qualification rate of laboratory comparison reference projects of national occupational health technical service institutions,and the qualification rate of comprehensive evaluation results was lower than that of national occupa
