摘　　要：目的:探讨干燥综合征(Sjogren’s syndrome,SS)患者腮腺超声评分与MRI脂肪分级的相关性,提高对SS超声表现的认识。方法:收集28例SS患者行双侧腮腺超声及MRI检查,分别根据超声声像图和MRI脂肪沉积程度进行评分或分级,分析二者的相关性和一致性。结果:SS患者腮腺超声评分与MRI脂肪分级有很高的相关性(Spearman’s相关系数为0.927,P=0.000)和一致性(Kappa值为0.706,P=0.000)。结论:SS患者腮腺超声评分与MRI脂肪分级具有很高的相关性和一致性,二者都是评价SS患者腮腺病损程度的重要影像学检查手段。Objective:To investigate the correlation between ultrasound score of parotid gland and MRI fat grading in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome(SS),and to improve the understanding of the ultrasound images.Methods:Twenty-eight SS patients underwent bilateral parotid ultrasonography and MRI,respectively,according to the parotid ultrasonography and the degree of fat deposition on MRI were scored or graded,and the correlation and consistency of the two were analyzed.Results:There is a high correlation(Spearman’s correlation coefficient=0.927,P=0.000)and consistency(Kappa value=0.706,P=0.000)between the ultrasound score of parotid gland and MRI fat grading in SS patients.Conclusion:Ultrasound score of parotid gland in SS patients has high correlation and consistency with MRI fat grading,both of which are important imaging means to evaluate the degree of parotid gland lesion in SS patients.
