摘  要:为研究系统安全智能核心形成过程中人的安全意识作用,对人的安全意识形成、结构和作用等进行了研究。以环境因素变化与系统安全状态变化的关系为基础,将人的安全意识分为外在安全意识、内在安全意识和集体安全意识3部分。结果表明,外在安全意识主要是纯粹的个人经验,包括主观安全特征和质性安全特征;内在安全意识是对外在安全意识的认知、归纳和总结,包括安全状态推理、理智行动和理性语言等;集体安全意识是个人安全意识的总结,包括扩大认知范围、错误判断和认知稳定等。研究认为人的安全意识决定了系统安全智能核心,原因在于智能核心的形成依赖于人的安全意识且可解释性必须建立在后者基础之上。In order to study the role of human safety awareness in the formation process of system safety intelligence core,the formation,structure and role of human safety awareness are studied.Based on the relationship between the changes of environmental factors and the changes of system safety status,the human safety awareness is divided into three parts:external safety awareness,internal safety awareness and collective safety awareness.The results show that external safety awareness is mainly pure personal experience,including subjective safety characteristics and qualita-tive safety characteristics;internal safety awareness refers to the cognition,induction and summary of external safety awareness,including safety state reasoning,rational action and rational language;collective safety awareness is a sum-mary of individual safety awareness,including expanding the scope of cognition,wrong judgment and cognitive sta-bility.The research believes that human safety awareness determines the system safety intelligence core,because the formation of the intelligence core depends on human safety awareness and the interpretability must be based on the latter.
