摘 要:为更好地资源化、无害化处理油基钻屑,提高资源利用率,创新性地提出使用等离子体气化熔融处理油基钻屑的方法,该技术采用热解和热脱附双重原理,具有处理彻底、无二次污染、减容率高等优点。在自主开发的撬装式高温等离子体气化熔融处理试验装置上进行了系列研究,以CO_(2)、O_(2)、空气3种气体作为气化剂,通过改变气化剂种类和体积流量,分析其对气化效果的影响,最终确定3种气化剂的最优运行参数分别为CO_(2)体积流量3.6 m^(3)/h,氧气当量比ER 0.2,空气体积流量6.0 m^(3)/h。In order to achieve better resource utilization and harmless treatment of oil-based drilling cuttings,a method of using plasma gasification and melting to treat oil-based drilling cuttings is proposed,which has the advantages of thorough treatment,no secondary pollution,and high reduction rate compared with traditional oil-based drilling cutt ings treatment methods.In this paper,a series of experimental studies were carried out on a self-developed high-tem perature plasma gasification and melting experimental device.Three types of gases,CO_(2),O_(2) and air,were used as gasi-fication agents,and their effects on gasification efficiency were analyzed by changing the type and flow rate of the gasi fication agent.Finally,the optimal operating parameters for the three gasification agents were determined:the optimal treatment effect was achieved when the CO_(2) flow rate was 3.6 m^(3)/h,the oxygen equivalent ratio(ER)was 0.2,and the air flow rate was 6.0 m^(3)/h.
