摘 要:本文详细探讨了飞行器姿态控制系统中惯性执行器件在热真空环境下的试验流程。概述了惯性执行器件功能和热真空试验原理。描述了试验流程,包括准备样品和设备、建立环境、执行试验和处理数据。讨论了试验中的关键技术,如环境控制、数据处理和结果分析。通过案例展示了热真空试验的实际效果和价值。研究结果可提高飞行器姿态控制系统中惯性执行器件在极端环境下的性能和可靠性。The experimental procedure of inertial actuators was explored in the thermal vacuum environment within the aircraft attitude control system.An overview of the functionalities of inertial actuators and the principles behind thermal vacuum testing were provided.It outlines the experimental procedure,encompassing specimen and equipment preparation,establishment of the test environment,execution of the experiments,and data processing.The key technical aspects of the experiments were discussed,including environmental control,data handling and result analysis.The case studies presented to showcase the practical effectiveness and value of thermal vacuum testing.The research results could improve the performance and reliability of inertial actuators in the aircraft attitude control system under extreme environmental conditions.
