摘 要:介绍了一种热模拟试验方法:在弯管母管上取样,粗加工后进行淬火+回火。重点介绍了该热模拟试验方法中淬火工艺和回火工艺的制定。对比分析了焊态、热模拟态、弯管态焊管的力学性能,认为:该热模拟试验方法与通过弯制弯管的热模拟试验方法所得到试样理化性能的变化趋势、数据基本一致,可在条件有限的情况下用于验证弯管的性能是否符合技术要求。Described here in the article is a thermal simulation test method,involving taking samples from the mother tube of the bend,and then getting the specimen roughly machined,and subjected to quench+temper treatment,focused on the preparing activities for the quenching process and the tempering process as related to the said thermal simulation test method.The mechanical properties of the as-welded,the as-thermal simulated and as-bended weld pipes are comparatively analyzed.As a result it is regarded that both the physiochemical property change tread and data as obtained from the above mentioned thermal simulation test method for the mother tube are generally in compliance with those as got from the thermal simulation test method for the hot bending bend.The above mentioned can be used,under limited conditions,to verify whether the bend is up to applicable technical requirements or not.
