摘 要:本文以桑(Morus alba)种子为试验材料,采用NaCl溶液和聚乙二醇6000(PEG-6000)溶液模拟盐旱胁迫环境,配备不同浓度的NaCl溶液(4 g·L^(-1)、8 g·L^(-1)、12 g·L^(-1)、16 g·L^(-1))和PEG-6000溶液(5%、10%、15%、20%),并由去离子水作对照,研究盐旱胁迫对桑种子萌发的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl、PEG-6000溶液浓度的增加,桑种子萌发率、萌发势、萌发指数、活力指数均呈下降趋势。在不同浓度NaCl、PEG-6000溶液胁迫下,桑种子萌发初始时间出现推后现象,在轻度盐胁迫(4 g·L^(-1))下,种子萌发初始时间相比对照提前1 d;桑种子萌发能够忍受的NaCl溶液最大浓度为4 g·L^(-1)、PEG-6000溶液最大浓度为10%,即忍受轻度盐胁迫和中度干旱胁迫。Taking the seeds of Morus alba as experimental material,NaCl solution(4 g·L^(-1),8 g·L^(-1),12 g·L^(-1),16 g·L^(-1))and PEG-6000 solution(5%、10%、15%、20%)were used to simulate the salt and drought stress environment with the deionized water as a control in order to study the effects of salt and drought stress on seed germination of Morus alba.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl and PEG-6000 solution concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vitality index of the seeds of Morus alba decreased.Under different concentrations of NaCl and PEG-6000 stress,the initial germination time of the seeds of Morus alba delayed,and under mild salt stress(4 g·L^(-1)),the initial germination time of the seeds of Morus alba was 1 day earlier than that of control.The maximum concentration of NaCl solution and PEG-6000 solution that could be tolerated for seed germination was 4 g·L^(-1) and 10%,which meant that the seeds could tolerate mild salt stress and moderate drought stress.
