摘　　要：以内蒙古地区天然分布的山丹(Lilium pumilum var.pumilum)为母本,有斑百合(Lilium concolor var.pulchellum)为父本,采用套硫酸纸袋和锡箔纸包裹柱头两种方式,分析常规授粉、切割柱头授粉、3.5%氯化钾(KCl)涂抹柱头后授粉3种方法对山丹和有斑百合正交结实的影响。结果表明:(1)山丹与有斑百合间不存在严重的杂交障碍,采用锡箔纸包裹柱头的处理方式其坐果率明显优于套硫酸纸袋。(2)采用保留0.5 cm柱头切割法授粉,坐果率最高为31.58%,其次为常规授粉,柱头涂抹KCl后授粉对坐果率没有明显的促进作用;(3)采用锡箔纸包裹柱头、套硫酸纸袋的处理方式对蒴果膨大、种子有胚率无显著性差异,不同授粉方法对蒴果膨大、种子有胚率存在显著差异,其中以保留0.5 cm柱头切割法授粉效果最好,种子有胚率最高可达29.33%。蒴果长/宽越小,其种子有胚率相对越大,可将蒴果的膨大程度作为判断杂交亲和性的外观指标。Taking Lilium pumilum var.pumilum naturally distributed in Inner Mongolia as the female parent and Lilium concolor var.pulchellum as the male parent,the effects of three methods of conventional pollination,stigma cutting pollination and stigma pollination after smearing 3.5%KCl on the orthogonal fruiting of Lilium pumilum var.pumilum and Lilium concolor var.pulchellum were analyzed by using sulfuric acid paper bag and tin foil.The results showed:(1)There were no serious hybridization obstacles between Lilium pumilum var.pumilum and Lilium concolor var.pulchellum.The fruit-setting rate of the hybrid treatment with tinfoil wrapped stigmata was significantly better than that with sulfuric acid paper bag.(2)The highest fruit setting rate was 31.58%when pollinated by cutting with 0.5 cm stigma retained,followed by conventional pollination.Pollination after applying KCl on stigma had no significant effect on fruit setting rate.(3)The treatment of tinfoil wrapped stigma and sulfuric acid paper bag had no significant effects on capsule expansion and seed embryo rate.There were significant differences on capsule expansion and seed embryo rate with different pollination methods,among which the pollination effect of the cutting method with 0.5 cm stigma retained was the best,and the highest seed embryo rate was 29.33%.The smaller the capsule length/width was,the higher the seed embryo rate was.The expansion degree of capsule can be used as an appearance indicator of cross compatibility.
