針刀聯合“跌打丸”治療扳機指的臨床觀察

摘　　要：目的觀察針刀聯合内服中成藥“跌打丸”治療扳機指的臨床效果。方法將60例扳機指隨機數字表法分為觀察組與對照組各30例,觀察組針刀聯合口服中成藥“跌打丸”治療,對照組針刀治療。觀察兩組術後7天、術後3個月的VAS評分和Quinnell評級,評定臨床療效。結果術後7天觀察組與對照組VAS評分有統計學差異(P>0.05);術後3個月觀察組與對照組VAS評分無差異(P>0.05)。術後7天、3個月觀察組與對照組Quinnell評級無差異(P>0.05)。兩組總有效率100%。結論針刀聯合口服中成藥“跌打丸”治療扳機指,能緩解針刀術後患指早期疼痛,但臨床療效與對照組無差異。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with the Chinese patent medicine"Dieda Pill"in the treatment of trigger fingers.Methods The 60 trigger finger muscles were divided into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group by the random numbering table method.The VAS and Quinnell scores at 7 days and 3 months postsurgery were recorded for both groups to assess clinical outcomes.Results There was a significant difference in VAS score between the observation group and the control group at 7 days postsurgery(P<0.05);moreover,there was no difference in VAS score between the observation group and the control group at 3 months postsurgery(P>0.05).There was no difference between the Quinnell ratings of the observation group and the control group at 7 days or 3 months postsurgery(P>0.05).The total efficiency in both groups was 100%.Conclusion The combination of acupuncture with the oral Chinese medicine"Dieda Pill"for the treatment of trigger finger pain can relieve early pain in the affected finger after surgery,but there was no difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.
