摘 要:外科手术后,手术部位不可避免地会留下瘢痕,了解瘢痕形成的影响因素和作用机制对改善术后外观非常重要。机械张力是影响瘢痕形成的重要因素之一。该文就机械张力影响皮肤瘢痕形成中的作用和信号机制进行归纳总结,如整合素-细胞骨架信号通路、转化生长因子-β信号通路、Hippo信号通路、Rho相关途径、机械敏感离子通道途径等,为进一步研究提供参考。After surgery,scars will inevitably be left at the surgical site.It is very important to understand the influencing factors and mechanism of scars formation to improve postoperative appearance.Mechanical tension is one of the important factors affecting scar formation.In this paper,the effects and signaling mechanisms of mechanical tension on scar formation,such as integrin-cytoskeleton signal pathway,transforming growth factor-βsignal pathway,Hippo signal pathway,Rho-related pathway,mechanically sensitive ion channel pathway and so on,were summarized to provide reference for further research.
