摘　　要：自体脂肪移植作为美容和修复重建领域广泛应用的技术之一,存在着术后脂肪细胞成活率不稳定的问题。近年来,细胞自噬现象对于细胞成活与再生影响的研究越来越深入。该文就自体脂肪移植后各细胞组分的变化,以及自噬对其的影响进行了综述。Autologous fat transplantation is one of the most widely used techniques in the field of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.However unstable survival rate of postoperative adipocytes has been problematic.In recent years,the effects of autophagy on cell survival and regeneration have been intensively studied.This article reviews the changes in cellular components after autologous fat grafting and the effects of autophagy on them.
