是跨越卡夫丁峡谷还是开辟中国道路——一个比较性评述

摘　　要：围绕中国道路的理论渊源与基本内涵,学界逐渐形成了“跨越派”与“中国派”两种主要派别。前者认为中国道路是以制度变迁第一条道路为典型特征的跨越“卡夫丁峡谷”之路,后者认为中国道路开辟了以制度变迁第二条道路为典型特征的崭新道路。中国道路究竟是跨越“卡夫丁峡谷”还是开辟了一条崭新道路?对此问题的回答直接关涉到对中国道路之理论源起与基本内涵的理解。本文尽可能充分地利用两派在不同时期发表的文本,还原各自理论的形成与演变过程,并在对其比较性评述的基础上,指出中国道路不是跨越“卡夫丁峡谷”而是制度变迁的第二条道路,并且通过中国共产党领导中国人民所开创的社会主义市场经济这一伟大实践实现了制度变迁两条道路的有机结合,成功开辟了一条崭新道路,呈现了特殊性(偶然性)与一般性(必然性)的有机统一。On the theoretical origin of the Chinese road,two major schools have gradually formed in the academic circles:the“Leaping over Caudine Forks School”and the“Carving out the Chinese road School”.The former thinks that the Chinese road leaps over Caudine Forks characterized by the first path of institutional change,while the latter thinks that the Chinese road carves out a completely new path characterized by the second path of institutional change.Does the Chinese road leap over Caudine Forks or Carve out a completely new one?The answer to this question directly relates to the understanding of the theoretical origin of the Chinese road.This paper makes full use of the texts published by the two schools at different times as much as possible,restores the formation and evolution of their respective theories,and points out that the Chinese road is not leaping over Caudine Forks but the second path of institutional change.Moreover,through the great practice of the socialist market economy created by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the organic combination of the two path of institutional change has been realized,and a completely new road has been successfully carved out,which presents the organic unity of particularity(contingency)and generality(inevitability).
